Registration has opened for the Formula E summer test days at Donington Park. There will be five days open to the public, which are free to attend.
All 10 Formula E teams will be based at the circuit at a new technical HQ, which officially opens this Thursday. They will be testing the new Spark-Renault racing cars over the summer in preparation for the first Formula E race, scheduled for 13 September in Beijing.
The test dates are Thursday 3 July, Friday 4 July, Wednesday 9 July, Thursday 10 July and Tuesday 19 August. Read more about the development of the new HQ here.
Formula E has a busy week lined up, with Virgin Racing set to announce its drivers tomorrow morning. They will be only the third and fourth confirmed drivers; 20 are expected to be on the grid in September.
